University Partnership
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a non-formal written agreement between two or more parties that outlines their shared goals, intentions, and general expectations for a partnership. It acts as a roadmap for collaboration, but it is not a legally binding contract.
MOU shows a mutual willingness to work together, but it does not create enforceable legal duties. It is used at the start of a relation. Future contracts could be established for individual projects. It usually includes names of the parties, main goal, what each party will do, and duration of the MOU.

- Gulf University (GU) is newly established university in the state of Utah, USA.
- GU provides Online Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration to In-state and international students.
- GU mission is to provide quality distance higher education programs over the globe to enrich our students with different cultural, ethical, and global aspects.
- GU is registered under the Utah postsecondary proprietary school act (Title 13, Chapter 34, Utah Code).
- Gulf University plans to seek accreditation from a national accrediting agency recognized by the United States Department of Education in the near future.
